The Human Resources - Benefits Office is responsible for the development, implementation, and review of administrative policies related to the employment and benefits for the staff of the Iowa Conference. The Office also supports the clergy appointed to the local churches of the Iowa Conference and retired clergy members by maintaining and administering the health, wellbeing, and retirement plans sponsored by the Conference Board of Pensions.

Our goal is to be a partner in ministry with our Conference staff, laity, clergy and local churches by serving as a source of human resources, wellbeing, and benefit information and expertise.
