Again this year we will have a District Statistician in each district to assist you with reporting your information. These persons are available in addition to the Conference Statistican for questions. They will also be looking over the submitted data looking for any glaring errors or omissions. Please click here for a list of these persons by district.
Once again we will be presenting information regarding the submission of statistical information in a Webinar format. Please watch this space for information on registering for these webinars, which will be happening in mid-January.
Wednesday, February 28th, 2018 is the final day for submission of your 2017 statistical information! Reports must be entered on-line by Midnight, or postmarked on that day to avoid the 10% penalty on your 2019 Apportionments.
To log in to the GCFA Statistics system you will need to know your Six Digit GCFA church number. This number is the same as your Iowa Conference church number and was included in the mailing sent to Pastors, Treasurers, and Finance Committee Chairs in December. If you do not have that letter you may contact Roland Minshall in the Treasurer's Office ( Roland.Minshall@iaumc.org or 515-974-8924) or your District Office. Your church number can also be determined by looking at your remittance statements ( www.iaumc.org/remits ).
Note: The default passwords reset every year. Also make sure that you are entering the username and password in all lowercase letters. Please refer to the letter mailed to your Pastor/Treasurer/Finance Chair/Church Secretary-Admin Asst. for usernames to be used.
These forms are provided here for your use as WORKSHEETS ONLY. We request that all information be entered directly in the the GCFA Statistics Entry System using the instructions above.
Table I worksheet and instructions
Please note that lines 35-59 on Table II are not present on these forms as that information is automatically brought in from our Remittance Entry system. This includes all Apportionment payments as well as Advance Specials and other giving amounts such as the Special Sundays.
